Randiant Tubes

The radiant tube has the function of avoiding contact between the combustion fumes and the treatment environment.

Sometimes, especially for electric ovens, they serve (on the contrary) to avoid contamination of the alloys of the heating elements with the fumes generated by the products in the treatment chamber.

Depending on the burners used, the energy recovery required, the dimensions available and countless other aspects, some types of radiant tubes have been standardized: straight, P-shaped, double P, M-shaped and U-shaped radiant tubes.

The tubes can be made with calendered and welded sheet metal, or hot deformed.

Depending on the temperatures involved, the thickness (or thicknesses) of the tube and its most suitable material for construction are determined.

We supply radiant tubes complete with insulation, if necessary, usually integral with the tube in its initial part.

Fixing langes and any supports inside the oven are usually made to the customer’s design.
